Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip.

Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
