Return Policy

• Return Process:

1. Contact us via the Contact Page or email info@bridlesandbitsboutique.com within 20 calendar days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include the packing slip.

3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

• Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.

• Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, within 7-10 business days. for any damages or injuries caused by defective or incorrect items beyond the remedies outlined herein.
